认知显影既是一个解释洞察力生成机制的中层认知模型,也是一个可执行的分析流程。它可以被 Agent 内化为文章、观点、提纲或复杂现象的深度审查方法,但模型本身不等同于 Agent 角色。

认知系统会为了降低能耗、维持低自由能和快速闭合,将复杂现实压缩成熟悉、平滑、低分辨率的解释。认知显影要处理的问题是:

## Core Assumptions

1. 洞察通常起源于预测误差,而不是顺滑的常识解释。
2. 大脑倾向于用先验快速降噪,这有生存价值,但会遮蔽结构性异常。
3. 单一学科或单一隐喻容易产生共线性解释,需要正交模型制造干涉。
4. 解释必须经受反事实或干预测试,否则只是相关性叙事。
5. 极简生成元有价值,但过度压缩会制造数字伪影、阴谋论或物理学沙文主义。
6. 非标准认知不自动等于高质量认知;它必须可解释、可交付、可被现实压力测试。

认知显影把洞察力看成一组反节能但可校验的认知操作:
