# Third Round Test Handoff ## 1. Purpose ```text next_round: third_round_test target_source: diary/2026/2026-06/2026-06-05.md recommended_new_workspace: discussions/viewpoint-development/2026-06-05-失望性情感隔离3 primary_goal: test the workflow mechanism, not merely reproduce the analysis result ``` 本交接文档用于启动第三轮测试。 第一轮证明:没有 Step 0,直接分拆讨论稿会导致 worker 摸到局部材料,却拼不出完整思路。 第二轮证明:加入 Step 0 后,全文结构可以被准确捕捉,但后续流程仍有关键漏洞:很多步骤由主会话直接完成,没有严格调用 CCPE 端 Skill / worker / 子会话,因此没有真正完成流程测试。 第三轮要验证的是: ```text 能否严格按照 CCPE / Skills 的真实调用边界完成讨论稿分析。 ``` ## 2. Second Round Assessment 第二轮产物路径: ```text discussions/viewpoint-development/2026-06-05-失望性情感隔离2 ``` 第二轮有效产出: ```text - Step 0 Whole-Source Gestalt Alignment 方向正确 - source coherence 判断为 coherent - downstream mode 判断为 structure-first - topic graph 基本稳定 - 用户确认了关键模型关系 - material extraction 已形成 29 个材料单元 ``` 第二轮流程缺口: ```text - Step 0 使用了真实子会话,但没有调用 CCPE 端 canonical Skill / Runtime participant。 - Topic graph synthesis、material routing、topic docs、material extraction 主要由主会话完成。 - 这些步骤虽有产物,但没有验证 CCPE Skill 的真实调用能力。 - Step 0 子会话没有作为持续会话保留;而 Step 0 实际可能需要多轮人机对齐。 ``` 结论: ```text 第二轮的分析结果可作为参考上下文,但不能视为流程测试通过。 ``` ## 3. Third Round Non-Negotiable Rules 第三轮必须遵守: ```text 1. 主会话只做编排、记录、验收、用户确认,不模拟 Skill 输出。 2. 分析、分拆、抽取、routing、topic docs 等实质处理必须由真实子会话 / worker / CCPE Skill 完成。 3. 每个 participant 必须有 invocation packet、prompt-to-send 或 skill-execution-record、returned-output。 4. 如果 CCPE 端 Skill 无法真实调用,必须记录 blocked 状态,不能由主会话补写 formal output。 5. Step 0 子会话必须保留会话,不能一次性关闭后丢失上下文。 6. Step 0 可以多轮:子会话输出 -> 用户修正 -> 同一 Step 0 子会话继续对齐 -> 才能确认。 7. 后续 worker 必须接收 Step 0 confirmed lens,而不是从零发现结构。 ``` ## 4. Required Third Round Flow ### 6.1 Source Registration 主会话可执行: ```text - create workspace - write README.md - write 00-source-map.md - write 03-run-notes.md - prepare invocation directories ``` 主会话不得: ```text - read the full source and generate analysis - write formal participant output - silently replace blocked CCPE Skill output with its own summary ``` ### 6.2 Step 0 Whole-Source Gestalt Alignment 必须启动并保留一个真实 Step 0 子会话: ```text participant_id: whole-source-gestalt-reviewer session_requirement: persistent until Step 0 confirmed input: - full source - second-round confirmed user context - known distortion risks output: - returned-output.md - unresolved questions - human-confirmation.md only after user confirmation ``` 如果用户修正 Step 0: ```text send correction back to the same Step 0 sub-session do not spawn a fresh context unless the old one is irrecoverable record each alignment turn ``` ### 6.3 Segmentation / Source Blocks 第三轮必须调用真实 Skill / worker。 ```text participant: conversation-segmentation expected_record: - skill-execution-record.md or returned-output.md - source-block inventory ``` 如果 CCPE Skill 无法真实调用: ```text status: blocked_waiting_for_participant_output do_not_simulate: true ``` ### 6.4 Topic Discovery / Topic Graph 对于 coherent source: ```text workers receive confirmed Step 0 lens workers extract local evidence, exceptions, and challenges workers do not rediscover global structure from zero ``` Topic graph synthesis 应由真实 participant 完成或由多个 worker return 汇总后再由主会话整合。 主会话只可: ```text - merge returned outputs - record conflicts - ask user for confirmation ``` ### 6.5 Evidence Routing And Topic Docs 第三轮重点测试: ```text evidence-routing-and-topic-doc-builder must be real worker/sub-session work ``` 要求: ```text - each topic or topic group has an assigned worker - worker receives source ranges and confirmed topic graph - worker writes topic-doc draft or returned-output - main session integrates only after returned outputs exist ``` 不得: ```text - main session直接写完 topic docs - main session直接抽取 material units ``` ### 6.6 Human Confirmation Gates 第三轮保留两次人参与确认: ```text Gate 0: Step 0 structure / global lens confirmation Gate 6: Topic Docs / extracted material usefulness confirmation ``` Gate 0 通过后,可减少旧流程中的 topic-granularity pause。 Gate 6 用于确认: ```text - topic docs 是否可用 - extracted material 是否足够进入 downstream automation - 是否需要重新调 worker 修补 ``` ## 7. What To Reuse From Second Round 可复用: ```text - 用户确认的模型关系 - known distortion risks - process-implementation-audit.md 中的流程缺口 - topics/_material-extraction-index.md 作为参考,不作为第三轮正式输出 ``` 不可直接复用为第三轮正式输出: ```text - 01-topic-map.md - 02-material-routing-log.md - topics/*.md - audits/*.md ``` 这些文件只能作为 expected comparison / reference,不是第三轮 participant output。 ## 8. Success Criteria 第三轮成功标准不是“再产出一份相似分析”,而是: ```text - every substantive processing step has a real participant record - Step 0 sub-session remains persistent through alignment - CCPE Skill invocation boundaries are tested - blocked Skill calls are recorded rather than simulated - topic docs / material extraction are produced by worker/sub-session participants - two human confirmation gates are recorded - final package can be traced from source -> participant output -> integration -> audit ``` ## 9. Suggested Opening Prompt For Third Round ```text 请从本交接文档开始第三轮测试: 1. 新建 `discussions/viewpoint-development/2026-06-05-失望性情感隔离3`。 2. 只让主会话做编排、记录、验收。 3. Step 0 必须启动并保留同一个 whole-source-gestalt-reviewer 子会话,多轮对齐后再确认。 4.
