本文件是主会话对 Local CCRA 输出的中文确认记录，不等同于 Owner 决策，也不等同于 Web CCRA 通过。

## 2. Local CCRA 结论摘录

Local CCRA 结论：

- Round 05.1 保持在已批准的 scoped selector calibration patch 范围内。
- 不需要因为当前 selector patch 打开 Round 05.1a selector repair。
- 当前建议动作是 `document_only`。
- 当前材料可以在本地流程闭环后进入 Web CCRA bundle 准备。

Local CCRA 同时确认：

- 没有新增第三模型。
- 没有升级 QPI 生命周期状态。
- 没有升级 Intellectual Archaeology 生命周期状态。
- 没有引入 LLM selector、RAG、vector database、frontend、backend、accounts 或 service layer。
- 没有新增 regression JSON。
- before/after diff 覆盖 selected models、rejected models、scores、no-call status、reasons、penalties、target classification、changed fields。
- 7 个行为变化均为 target changes，0 个 non-target behavior changes。

- 不构建正式 Web CCRA bundle，除非 Owner 先更新 `owner-decision.md`。

## 6. 停止规则

在 Owner 更新 `owner-decision.md` 前：

- 不构建正式 Web CCRA bundle。
- 不进入 Round 05.1a 修复。
- 不继续修改 selector。

若 Owner 选择 `proceed_to_web_bundle`，下一步是准备正式 Web CCRA bundle。

若 Owner 选择 `request_round05_1a_local_repair`，必须先在 `owner-decision.md` 中记录 accepted finding、允许修改的文件、修复边界和验证要求。
