Purpose

This work directory records a viewpoint-discussion-distillation run for a five-round ChatGPT discussion draft.

The source discussion begins from the user's deep creative workflow and extends into concrete AI development methodology. The user's structural prior for this run is:

It is the user's practical enactment of that AI development methodology.

Runtime Boundary

The main session may create run-control files, invocation packets, source maps, and human confirmation records.

The main session must not perform primary source analysis, final topic routing, topic document drafting, or material extraction.

Step 0 whole-source gestalt analysis must be performed by a recorded Codex child thread or another real persistent participant.

Source Boundary Rule

Only numeric Markdown H1 headings matching ^#\s+\d+\s*$ are conversation-round boundaries.

Within each numeric round:

# N -> before ## GPT: user input / source material
## GPT -> before next # N+1: GPT response

Non-numeric H1 headings inside a round are intra-round content, not round boundaries.

Confirmation Gate

After Step 0 returns, pause for human confirmation before:

- accepting the gestalt as a worker lens
- deciding whether the source should stay unified or be macro-split
- choosing structure-first / macro-topic / flat-discovery downstream mode
- dispatching segmentation or worker extraction
- creating 01-topic-map.md
- creating topic docs or material routing

Gate 0 confirmation allows broad-fidelity worker dispatch only. It does not allow topic-map, routing-log, topic-doc, model-asset, audit, or writing-workbench handoff creation.
