R01 的主要用途是给复杂度放置门提供触发叙事、账本错配和 mode selector 入口材料。README/runbook/CCPE 背景材料保留为 archival_context，不直接升为核心父主题。

R02 routing note:
R02 支撑两个关键反例：第一次流程像真的但不是真的，第二次流程真的但太贵。前者主要路由到 execution-authenticity，后者主要路由到 material-extraction-gestalt-and-overload、cost-ledger 和 scope-drift-stop-rule。

R03 是专家型 Agentic 系统外推轮：深度创作作为实验室，降维输出作为生产线，专家判断位置需要被建模。

R04 是 HiFi patch 的主材料来源，但其中大量操作细则应路由到 Agentic Handbook。五个优先补丁模块进入 hifi-agent-studio-principles；表格、模板、字段和执行纪律进入 agentic-handbook-operating-law。

R05 是文档分层裁决轮：Studio 保持纲领，Handbook 承接开工守则，CCPE 是建造工坊，Runbook 是本地规程。

Coverage note:
Some targets are intentionally mostly secondary or context routes. `project-runbook-local-procedure`, `production-workshop-crosslink`, `article-8-material-direction`, and `archival-context` should not force standalone topic docs unless later user instruction changes scope.

Topic-doc boundary:
Topic docs should use this routing log and worker returned outputs. They should not reread source as primary extraction, create model assets, create article outlines, or create downstream handoffs.
11. Open Items For Later, Not Current Blockers
These do not block routing or topic-doc drafting:
- Whether HiFi Agent Studio patch eventually becomes a formal Studio document.
- Whether Agentic Handbook later expands beyond the first six groups.
- Whether Context Compiler becomes a future core concept after user-authored正文 exists.
- Whether Production Workshop becomes useful in a separate video / production-workbench run.
- What the final第 8 篇文章 outline should be.
These would require user confirmation if they arise:
- creating downstream handoff;
- creating model assets;
- claiming source can be discarded;
- turning article material into formal outline;
- elevating Context Compiler or Production Workshop into core topic.
