Distortion Risk Log

1. Purpose

本文件记录本 run 当前阶段最容易发生的结构性误读，并说明当前 artifacts 如何防止这些误读。

把 Production Workshop 升为核心 topic	controlled	标为 cross-link only，并限制为分类材料。
把 HiFi patch 写成正式 Studio 文本	controlled	topics/04-hifi-studio-patch.md 标注 formal_hifi_patch: false。
把 Agentic Handbook 六组误当成最终唯一范围	controlled	topics/05-agentic-handbook-materials.md 保留用户补充：六组只是原始素材组织方式。
把第 8 篇文章素材写成正式提纲	controlled	topics/06-document-layering-and-carryover.md 和 topic map 标注 article_outline: false / material direction only。
直接从 GPT 建议抽取 model assets	controlled	所有当前 artifacts 标注 model_asset false 或 model asset prohibited。
核验或提升 GPT 外部链接	controlled	coverage audit 标注 external links not verified / discussion material only。
主会话冒充 worker extraction	controlled_with_note	topic docs 标注 main_session_integration_from_worker_outputs，未声称是独立 worker returned-output。

3. Remaining Non-Blocking Caveats

1. 当前 topic docs 是整合文档，不是 formal worker output。
2. 当前 audit 是 bounded verification，不是 source-disposable audit。
3. 当前 run 还没有 downstream handoff。
4. 当前 run 没有正式 HiFi patch、Handbook、文章提纲或模型资产。
