1. Confirmation Summary

用户已确认 invocations/synthesis-prep/returned-output.md 第 10 节提出的 topic-map promotion 问题，允许继续创建 canonical：

01-topic-map.md

本确认授权 topic-map promotion，并允许在不新增用户级结构问题的前提下继续创建 material routing。它不授权 topic docs、model-mining、writing-workbench handoff 或 downstream execution。

作为 01-topic-map.md 根主题。

同时确认将：

专家型 Agentic 运行治理

放在 复杂度放置门 下展开，而不是作为独立平级根主题。

2.2 HiFi Agent Studio Patch Boundary

确认 HiFi patch 最小补丁先限定为五条原则：

1. 默认轻量
2. 真实执行
3. 成本分账
4. 任务漂移
5. 停止权

这些是 HiFi Agent Studio 纲领补丁的最小集合，不等于已完成正式正文修订。

2.3 Agentic Handbook First-Pass Boundary

确认 Agentic Handbook 第一版素材先按六组守则组织：

1. Project Intake
2. Mode Selector
3. Cost Ledger
4. Execution Authenticity
5. Scope Drift
6. Stop Rule

同时记录用户补充：这些只是撰写 Agentic Handbook 时的原始素材组织方式，不是唯一素材，也不代表 Handbook 最终只包含这六组。
