Planning Turn Prompt

You are continuing the same child Local CCRA session for planning_turn.

Read the first-turn report:

Clarify:

  1. Whether current material can proceed to Web CCRA bundle.
  2. If not, what Round 05.1a repair evidence is required.
  3. Which files must be included in a future Web CCRA bundle.
  4. Which files must remain local-only.
  5. Which Owner decisions are required before Codex continues.
