## Design Purpose
|
|
|
|
S-21 负责把“还缺什么”讲清楚，同时不能泄气。它要传达：
|
|
|
|
> 差异要变成销售武器，还需要产品化、证据化、标准化。
|
|
|
|
本页的情绪是“武器库建设中”，不是“我们还不行”。
|
|
|
|
## Visual Concept
|
|
|
|
画面是“销售武器库半成品 + 成熟度仪表盘”。深色作战室里，一面武器库墙正在建设，部分装备已经入库亮起，部分还是蓝图、半透明轮廓或制造中状态。右侧或中部是成熟度仪表盘，列出七项待补齐能力。
