# S-01 Shot Brief V1
## Status
- Document status: user approved for prompt/spec creation.
- Execution status: S-01 image accepted by user.
- Project: `在路上`.
- Unit: `s01`.
- Source shot: `S-01`.
- Segment / time: Prelude / `0:00-0:16`.
- Trial role: first shot in the five-shot visual test package.
- Style anchor: A风景主导型.
## Purpose
S-01 tests whether the MV can begin with the world before the traveler.
This is the lowest identity-risk trial shot because the traveler should not appear.
It must prove:
- the opening can be landscape-led, not portrait-led;
- A can establish the main road-film grammar;
- the road, mud, frost, cold distance, and empty world can carry the emotional premise before any character appears.
Core test sentence:
> 路先于人出现,世界先于人出现。
## Source Files Actually Used

## Accepted Reference Assets
Primary style reference:
```text
```
Style board reference:
```text
visual-system/style/style-anchor-board-v1.png
```
Character references:
```text
none for S-01
```
Reason:
- S-01 should contain no person.
- Character references are not needed until shots where the traveler appears.
- This protects the opening from becoming a portrait-MV or hero-backshot image.
## Shot Definition
Source table definition:
> World appears before person; cold frosted muddy road, no person.
Expanded execution definition:
> A cold frosted muddy road appears in a large empty world before the traveler enters the MV. The viewer should feel the road, distance, damp ground, and cold air before thinking about a person.
## Required Visual Content
The shot must include:
- 16:9 horizontal frame;
- large landscape / world-first composition;
- muddy road or worn dirt road extending into distance;
- cold dawn, pre-dawn, or early morning atmosphere;
- thin frost or cold wet ground texture;
- low saturation;
- documentary-real road-film texture;
- no visible person.
The road should feel long enough to carry the whole MV's premise:
> 这不是一个人要展示自己,而是一个人即将进入一条比自己更长的路。
## Composition Rules
Required composition:
- environment first;
- road as primary line;
- wide or very wide framing;
- enough sky / ground / distant world to make the frame breathe;
- no centered hero subject;
- no foreground object taking over the shot.
Recommended layout:
- road begins near lower frame and travels toward the distance;
- horizon sits in upper-middle or upper-third area;
- cold sky and rough ground both remain visible;
- mud/frost detail is readable but not a closeup.
## Color And Light
Preferred:
- cold gray;
- earth brown;
- wet dark blue-gray;
- subdued frost white;
- very restrained pale dawn edge if needed.
Avoid:
- golden tourism sunrise;
- warm inspirational glow;
- saturated scenic landscape;
- commercial orange-blue blockbuster grading;
- bright noon.
Important note:
- The accepted A source image contains a warmer horizon.
- S-01 may keep a faint cold dawn edge, but must not become a beautiful sunrise postcard.
## Texture Requirements
Must feel real:
- wet mud;
- rough road ruts;
- frost or cold dampness;
- worn ground;
- natural sky;
- distant empty terrain.
Do not over-polish the ground or make the scene clean.
The opening should feel quiet and physically cold, not decorative.
## Forbidden Drift
Reject if the image becomes:
- travel advertisement;
- scenic tourism image;
- inspirational poster;
- hero backshot;
- portrait MV opening;
- clean fantasy landscape;
- obvious AI concept-art spectacle;
- over-bright sunrise;
- road with a clearly visible person;
- text, logo, UI, symbols, watermark.
## Relation To Other Trial Shots
S-01 sets the baseline for all later shots:
- before S-10 city pressure, the road/world must already exist;
- before S-46 muddy starlight, mud and road texture must already be real;
- before S-47/S-51 firelight, the film must already feel restrained and landscape-led.
If S-01 fails into postcard scenery or hero imagery, the later full MV will likely drift.
## Acceptance Criteria
S-01 passes only if:
1. The first impression is road/world/environment, not person.
2. No visible traveler appears.
3. The road feels long, cold, muddy, and real.
4. The image belongs with the accepted A/B/C/D style board.
5. The shot avoids tourism, inspirational, and scenic-ad drift.
6. The frame can plausibly open the MV before the character enters.
