2. Local CCRA 结论摘录

Local CCRA 结论：

• Round 05.1 保持在已批准的 scoped selector calibration patch 范围内。
• 不需要因为当前 selector patch 打开 Round 05.1a selector repair。
• 当前建议动作是 document_only。
• 当前材料可以在本地流程闭环后进入 Web CCRA bundle 准备。

Local CCRA 同时确认：

• 没有新增第三模型。
• 没有升级 QPI 生命周期状态。
• 没有升级 Intellectual Archaeology 生命周期状态。
• 没有引入 LLM selector、RAG、vector database、frontend、backend、accounts 或 service layer。
• 没有新增 regression JSON。
• before/after diff 覆盖 selected models、rejected models、scores、no-call status、reasons、penalties、target classification、changed fields。
• 7 个行为变化均为 target changes，0 个 non-target behavior changes。
